Param Soni is the chief architect at the Environmental Protection Agency. Soni provides leadership for information management and technology solutions across the agency. Soni chairs an agency-wide workgroup to coordinate initiatives and maintains a technology roadmap/blueprint to support programs and projects such as system life cycle, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, shared services, and security. Soni has a B.S. in mechanical engineering and a M.S. in systems from the University of Maryland, College Park, Md.
