Randy Hahn is the Client Partner Director within the Public Sector Complex Solutions organization for Verizon. In this capacity, Mr. Hahn’s major focus is leading the integration of Verizon’s end-to-end capability through its many adaptable platforms - mobility, machine-to-machine, cloud and IT, advanced communications, security, and global networks.

Most recently, Mr. Hahn led Verizon’s initiative to capture GSA’s Infrastructure as a Service BPA. This involved standing up two Federal-dedicated clouds: one in Virginia and one in Florida. Mr. Hahn also has over 20 years experience in advanced, distributed computing technology that includes addressing requirements in both the public and private sectors.

Mr. Hahn previously served as the U.S. Air Force’s program lead to secure the information infrastructure for both the ground-based and spaced-based assets associated with the Strategic Defense Initiative. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Hahn led the team that supported the USDA in migrating all 50 states from a paper-based to an electronic funds transfer approach for the distribution of food stamps and AFDC benefits. Mr. Hahn also led teams at SAIC and Trap Systems in applying advanced computing and algorithm techniques to identify fraud in both the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Mr. Hahn graduated from Kansas State University with a Master Degree’s in Computer Science with a focus on distributed computing.
