Param Soni is the Chief Architect at the Environmental Protection Agency. Param provides strategic planning and leadership for information management and technology solutions across the agency. Param chairs an agency-wide workgroup to coordinate initiatives and maintains a technology roadmap/blueprint to support programs and projects.

Param leads agency wide initiatives for System Life Cycle, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Cloud Computing, Shared Services, PortfolioStat, and Security. Param has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Systems from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD. Prior to EPA Param had executive and senior level positions with various organizations supporting the federal government and the private sector.
