Lieutenant Colonel Anmy D. Torres is the Chief, Cyber Plans and Sustainment for the National Guard Bureau, Air National Guard. She leads 30 personnel and directs the strategic and enterprise-wide acquisition planning activities across the full spectrum of cyberspace operations. Colonel Torres is responsible for the holistic sustainment of client & enterprise-side through domain-centric infrastructures spanning fixed & wireless enclaves. Before moving to the ANG in July 2011, she was the Director, Defense Knowledge Online (DKO) and Secure Go Mobile (SGM) where she worked with DOD agencies to implement a mobile strategy to enable DOD to use the latest smartphone technology (iPhone/iPad and Android) in a secure and certified environment. Colonel Torres has received many accolades throughout her career for her performance including her selection as 2010 Federal Computer Week "Federal 100" Award recipient. Also, she was part of the Federal CIO team who wrote the White House "Digital Government Strategy" published in May 2012.
