Stan Kaczmarczyk is the Director of the Cloud Computing Services (CCS) Program Management Office (PMO) within the Office of Integrated Technology Services (ITS) in GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The Federal Acquisition Service provides buying platforms and acquisition services to Federal, State and Local governments for a broad range of items from office supplies to motor vehicles to information technology and telecommunications products and services. As an organization within FAS, ITS provides access to a wide range of commercial and custom IT products, services and solutions.

Mr. Stan Kaczmarczyk has over 20 years experience with GSA. As the GSA FAS ITS CCS PMO Director, he is responsible for assisting the government realize cost savings and efficiencies while modernizing and expanding their IT capabilities through the accelerated adoption of cloud and innovative technology utilizing the CCS PMO services and offerings.

Currently, Mr. Kaczmarczyk:

  • Oversees functions of the CCS PMO mainly responsible for offering technical, and acquisition services to the government seeking to migrate in the cloud.
  • Directs the development and implementation of government wide cloud-focused acquisition vehicles including “GSA’s Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)” and “Email as a Service (EaaS) BPA”.
  • Champions the CCS PMO next generation cloud initiatives including and not limited to: “GSA’s Cloud Services Broker Market Research and Proof of Concept”, “Addition of new Cloud Special Identification Number (SIN) on IT Schedule 70 contract”, “Market Research of CCS PMO offered Next generation acquisition vehicle”, “Connect.Gov Shared Services program initiative”, and “Proposed addition of new Healthcare SIN on IT Schedule 70 contract”.

In the past, Mr. Kaczmarczyk was part of a highly skilled workforce that managed “Alliant”, “STARS”, and “VETS” contracts. He provided direction for the “HSPD-12” initiative, which includes the “USAccess” program providing Personal Identify Verification (PIV) credentialing services to over 500,000 customers at 101 Federal agencies, commissions and boards.

Prior to joining FAS, Mr. Kaczmarczyk worked within the GSA Office of Governmentwide Policy (OGP) where he was the policymaking authority over personal and real property, travel and transportation, information technology (IT), fleet management, regulatory information, and the use of federal advisory committees. He began his GSA career in the Public Buildings Service. He has authored numerous publications on innovative and alternative workplace strategies and holds an MBA in economics from Baruch College.
