Cloud and Mobility: Building the Extended Enterprise

The federal IT enterprise continues to evolve. Since the Office of Management and Budget announced its "Cloud First" policy in 2011, agencies have been exploring the untapped potential and the pitfalls of the cloud environment. But we have reached a critical juncture. Agencies now realize the extent to which cloud computing is a game-changing technology, particularly when combined with mobility. Together, the two technologies are making it possible to extend the enterprise to wherever employees might be.
