DO NOT bring a laptop to the event. You will not be able to enter the building with a laptop. We will ask you to return the laptop to your vehicle.

No cameras or recording devices of any kind allowed during the event.

Please turn all electronic devices to SILENT or OFF.

Do not expect an opportunity to give an oral presentation.

Cell phone use allowed in the registration area only.

Registration will close when room capacity is reached or October 12, 2015 at 11:59 PM EST whichever occurs first.

What about breakfast?
Breakfast is available for purchase in the cafeteria.

What about lunch?
This event does not include lunch.

Can we meet one-on-one with the speakers?
No. The speakers will take questions during the event.

Can I get a copy of the briefings?
Yes. We will send email copies to all attendees post event. 

Will SSA issue any solicitations or award contracts during the event?
SSA will not issue a solicitation nor award contracts during this event.

How do I know if I qualify as a small business?
A small business is “small” according to the numerical definitions, or industry “size standards” established by the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBA defines a “small business” either in terms of average number of employees or average annual receipts. NOTE: This definition is specific to Federal Government contracting.
